• Check out some of the latest projects I’ve worked on.

Radically inquisitive producer and operations strategist with 10+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across live performance, XR, and emergent tech. I specialize in building the systems that make creative work possible—drafting contracts, managing logistics, and guiding projects from idea to impact.

I bring energy, empathy, and execution to everything I do. With a deep commitment to equity, access, and inclusive practice, I design artist-first frameworks that support both innovation and care. I’ve produced hybrid and transmedia projects that blur the lines between virtual and physical space, and I act as a translator between creative and technical collaborators to unlock shared vision.

What drives me? Helping people with a common purpose remove the operational, administrative, and logistical barriers in their way—so they can focus on making something extraordinary.

  • At OSF, I lead the organization-wide contracting and procurement strategy—overseeing hundreds of contracts each year across live productions, artist agreements (AEA, SDC, USA), licensing, and intellectual property.

I’ve built new frameworks for commissioning, work-for-hire, and bespoke agreements that reflect OSF’s values while ensuring compliance, clarity, and care. My role bridges artistic vision, legal complexity, and operational execution—translating creative goals into reliable, artist-first systems.

I’ve implemented institution-wide workflows that streamline onboarding, payment, housing, and benefit fulfillment. Working cross-functionally with Business Ops, HR, and IT, I’ve created transparent and user-friendly processes that support every phase of the artist and vendor lifecycle.

I managed cross-functional artistic operations—including a $1.5M+ budget, long-range programming, and the development of new work from concept through premiere.

I oversaw contract negotiation, budget planning, hospitality, and external relations, while maintaining trusted relationships with national artist networks, funders, and union partners. As principal negotiator, I led all artist, collaborator, and licensing agreements. My work centered on aligning creative innovation with clear, equitable systems to support bold storytelling and organizational sustainability.
